Cancel your subscription
Cancel your plan in the dashboard. Keep access until your billing period ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to cursor.com/dashboard
- Click Billing and Invoices in the left sidebar
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
On an individual plan? You can schedule a downgrade instead of canceling.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
- You keep access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again after canceling
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free Hobby plan
- Cancellation does not delete your account or any local project files
How do Teams or Enterprise admins cancel?
Team admins can cancel through the same billing page.
If there is an unpaid invoice or an account-state mismatch, cancellation can be blocked until billing is resolved.
What if I cannot cancel because billing shows an issue?
Use these steps:
- Open Billing and Invoices and check for unpaid invoices
- Complete payment or retry from Manage Subscription
- If the issue persists, contact hi@cursor.com from your account email with your workspace name and a screenshot
Can I resubscribe later?
Yes. Sign in to your dashboard and select a new plan whenever you're ready. Your account and settings are preserved.
